Why not take advantage of our free send back service for our ‘Wildbarc’ leads and collars. If you ever need to upgrade your lead, if you fancy picking a new colour or need something bigger, then simply use our pre-paid label (provided by us) to post them back to us, in exchange you will receive a 10% discount code to spend on our store.

We are collaborating with Street Hearts Bulgaria (where our lovely pup is from) and several local rescue centres in order to re-home all used leads and collars, this helps them avoid landfill and assures rescue centres have the equipment they so sorely need.

Specifications for sending back:

In order to be eligible for our free send back service, you must have purchased a wildbarc lead or collar from our store. Your lead or collar must be in full working order - sadly we cannot accept broken items. However, if it’s a little worn or dirty don’t worry, we can clean it right up and give it a new life with a rescue pup.

I want to send my collar or lead back, what do I do next?

If you would like to send either a lead or collar purchased from our store back all you need to do is drop us an email with the following information:

Name
Order no of your dog accessory
Whether you are returning a lead or collar

Once we have received your email we will send you a pre-paid label via email within 24 hours.

All you need to do is pop it in an envelope/slim box and drop it at your local parcel shop. Once your item has been dropped off you will receive a 10% discount code to spend on our store as a thank you for helping us re-home these amazing leads and collars!
